What services do we offer?

Hello
I am Jayne Perkins. The Executive Director of Typically-Diverse Ltd.
Through both professional and personal experiences, I have found a need for more understanding around neurodivergence and communication. I believe with motivation, awareness and training, anyone has the potential to develop a greater understanding of the uniqueness that neurodivergent individuals bring to a workforce, social group or experience. Many of the strategies that I support businesses to undertake cost very little, whereas the impact is huge. I also support individuals in employment and self-employment to develop confidence and skills in a range of areas to enable them to utilise their areas of strength and feel empowered, leading to success.
Currently, I offer personal V.A support work (privately funded, employer funded or Access to Work funded), online self-paced training courses and larger training sessions for organisations. For tailored support and advice, please get in touch.
Wishing you the best day x
Tried & Trusted Professionals
Have you been awarded an Access to Work grant and don't know where to start?
Perhaps you have been awarded coaching and want to make the best decision - one that utilises your award for you?
If you have a support worker/job aide element and need someone you can connect with, who can support you with the demands of your job, business or role within an organisation - the Trusted Professionals page may be just what you need too.
I have personally tried to navigate the offers available and found so many barriers. For a no-pressure commitment to work with them, the Trusted Professionals featured on this site offer free Discovery Calls which allow you to see, hear and meet them before committing. And we absolutely do not take offence if you choose not to work with us!
There are a range of professionals on the page who have been tried and tested, with various levels of experience across a range of sectors from Earth Coaching who work with individuals who are neurodivergent and chronically ill, to individuals who have worked in the Prison Service, County Councils, Social Care, Schools and even published authors!
Typically-Diverse Ltd do not take commission and your contract and agreement with them is completely independent.
Why not take a look?

We are continuously developing and building our online training section to create a wide range of practical and responsive training to develop understanding of neurodivergence and disabilities. These are self-paced, accessible training courses which cover a range of topics. Certificates are provided upon completion.
We also deliver in-person training to companies and organisations. This is tailored to the needs of each organisation. Please use the contact form on our 'Contact Us' page to find out more about this offer.

We offer privately-funded, employer-funded and Access to Work funded Virtual Assistant and Support Worker services. At Typically-Diverse, we fully appreciate the need to find support which meets your needs, aligns with your values and can meet the technical demands of your job role. We offer a FREE 30 minute Suitability Call where you can gauge whether you connect with the individual you will be working with. We have relaxed contracts to allow freedom of choice with your funding and have proven results for our clients. Whilst we do not offer in-house coaching, there are coaches, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists and other trained professionals on our 'Tried & Trusted Professionals' page which we recommend.
